You are one such company that should not have been given permission to recharge mobile through internet. I have recharged my mobile couple of times and am surprised that many a times the transaction got failed and the amount got deducted from my account. After that the amount was never returned to my account after repeated complaints. As a company you dont have a phone number to contact and I dont know how many dedicated persons work over there who really understand the customers and value their money. I feel it is a tactic to extract money from customers through failed transaction game strategy. Merely a feedback form on the site wont be of help. You should have a customer service desk to answer customer queries. I have wrote many such mails to get my money back for the failed recharges but many a times I havent got my money back. I am surprised how cheats like this are expecting customer loyalty. As a customer I would never recharge from your site.
