I had gone to repair my Samsung mobile at the captioned authorised centre for repairing switch off key.Iwas given token no.and told to wait.I waited for about half an hour for my number but people who waited on the counter were attended out of turn.On inquiry I was attended and told my mobile has to be serviced and Iagreed for.after one hour Igot the mobile afterservice and was said thing are ok on checking all the key were malfunctioning which I showed and told at the counter.The reply was rain water has gone inside and salt has been deposited to which I objected and said I travel by car and there are no chances of rain water getting inside then they came out with another excuse of pespiration getting inside so my key pad has to be changed.on trying to meet The Manager he sided the counter people on overhearding the conversation and was not read to listen.
This totally irresponsible of at the captioned centre and who will bear the loss, now Iwill have to think twice before buying any samsung products due to this behaviour
