My self S.K.Agrawal and my nephew J C Gupta had booked tickets having PNR no ********15 trans.ID 0414911104 and PNR no.********37 trans ID 0429914641 respectively to travel from KOPARGAON to DURG on 16/12/2011 by 12850/PA BILASPUR EXP. Our berths alloted were S8 / 23 and S5/22. The train was about 10 minutes late. We had to board the train at KOPARGAONat 22:45 but we found that the doors of S8 and S5 boogies were locked from inside and after repeated request no body open the door. Finally we boared the train in AC coach. We contact the AC Coach conductor and explained the problem,His reply was you change the coach at next station. Just before arriving next station we requested the AC coach attendent to open the in-between door so the we can entre coach S-8. On opening the door we found that un-reserved passangers were sleeping near doors and bothrooms and obstracting the path. There were no Ticket coductors available to complaint. My nephew was not able to reach to S-5. In my berth un-authorised person was sleeping. I my self got it vacated. Throughout night myself and my nephew were sitting only in one berth. Ticket conductor appeared at NAGPUR in the morning at around 10.00 am at S-5 . Although we had reserved tickets for two persons but we suffered alot throughout night
