i have made the booking of honda activa under exchage of my old vehicle no. tn05m5538 on 16.12.2012 and paid the initial amount and for balance with finance arranged by raj bikes chennai 600060 with delivery of activa 2013 model by first week january 2013
from 7.1.2013 to 24.1.2013 i am chasing them for my new vehicle and each day they convince me with the confirm delivery of
vehicle the next day but as a final warning i noticed them for filing of consumer complaint on 25.1.2013 and on 25.1.2013
they delivered the honda activa 2012 model after 21.00 hrs where i have no option to file or to get details due to holiday's
(26.1.2013 & 27.1.2013)
on 28.1.2013 for our enquiry on the same with raj bikes 600060 no responce and just dragging on the regisration of delivered vehicle also

in this my claim against them is
i need 5 years gaurentee /warentee of delivered honda activa which is only for they delay and falesh statment cum
commitment (delivery of honda activa 2013 model insted they delivered only honda activa 2012)
and which has to delivered by first week of january by till date no proper response from them we have to chase for every thing
