I, Chandan Sahani was travelling from Delhi to Kolkata in Rajdhani express on 19/10/2010. One of the army officers had tried to steal my handbag. He was drunked. Army Officers are those who helped the common man but here i found that the army officer himself was indulge in some bad work i.e. stealing one's personal belonging. So, I request the authority kindly do the needful.
