I had purchased the Solaris 1 yrs membership on 4 Jan 2010.
At the time of purchase I have been told that I will get the following facilities.
1. Diet consultation.
2. Exercise chart.
3. 2 months freezing option.
But after 1.5 month in the club diet consultation and exercise chart was not given to me.
I was extremely dissatisfied with your service so I quit the idea to continue with Solaris.
Last week Solaris got a chance to present themselves and the Transform challenge in Cognizant.
Being a cognizant employee I came across Solaris representatives.
They were really promising so I decided to continue with the Solaris again.
When I went to Solaris I made the payment of Rs.1000 for the transform challenge.
The executive didnt inform me that my membership is getting over and i need to renew it by paying Rs 5500 before printing the receipt.
Then I demanded to extend my membership by 2 months using 2 months freezing option.
The representative refused to extend the membership so i asked to give me the 1000 rs back.
But he said receipt has been printed so he wont give me the money back.
I have the mail communication happened between the Solaris and me.
