Complaint is against "Dakshina Medical Shop" situated in Central Park, Nalasopara-East, Thane.

Subject of Complaint:
1) they do not issue Medical Bill against purchase of Medicines,
2) they selling tampered Medicines.

Just FYI:
1) I have recently met with a train accident, due to which i am suffering from severe right knee injury (ACL Tear). Docors adviced total bed rest.
2) I work in Pharma Industry.

My dad has purchase a medicine from Dakshina Medical Shop 2 days before. In which i found that the strip is tampered or there might be possibility of pin hole in strip due to which i have found a sticky solution/liquid form on the strip. My dad revisited the shop for replacement. But after the several request they do not replaced the same. Now the strip is lying with me only.

What to do ? Pls. Suggest. Thanks & Regards,
