We are suffering a lot because of delay in gas delevery. nearly they are taking 30-40 days to delever a gas. If anyone ready to pay extra money, they are getting the as immediately. Please take out our complain in serious and take out a action and do the needfull.

PTCWS is the worst gas agency I have ever seen on customer handling. There is escpecially a Muslim Bhai there who treats customers as if they are culprits. Worst ever customer tratment. Let me know if there is a higher official for PTCWS whom we can approach and register our complaint reg customer handling of PTCWS
