i have bought a great dane dog puppy in the month of march 2014, for RS 20000/-,in advance, the masskennel sent me the pics of puppy on watsapp and i selected the puppy ,when i recieved the puppy ,firstly puppy was not the same i selected , and it was so weak, its skin with itching,,its was like a skeleton, i straightaway took the puppy to doctor and asked him he told me that puppy is very weak and has skin infection disease,i cured the puppy from the doctor, after few days puppy got bowl infection ,,,i treadted it ,,again after few days it gor the disease Hips displacia, now my puppy is not able to stand properly,, i called the masskennel person told them the whole story, then the person told me that they will give me the new puppy and you just dont worry ,, after 3-4 months they have sent me the new puppy again so weak, i got the 45 days old puppy and just after 10 days the front legs of the puppy collapsed and it is not able to stand ,being a dog lover i have sympathy for the dogs i started its treatment also costing me around 100 rs per visit to doctor,, i have all the records ,slips of the doctors,, so in my case i am nourishing both the defective puppy for nothing,then i again called masskennel people they are saying you are not giving good food to puppy, i have all the bills for the foods ,suppliments, multivitamins which i bought form my pet shop,Within just 10 days of receiving th enew puppy it got deffective and diaganosed with Disease rickets which is somehow related to genetic disorder.
i want my 20000 Rs money back ,,as i already had spent thousands of rupees for the treatment of the puppies and also taking the liabilities of the dogs for no reason.
