We Deposited Rs.3000 Net on 14th april 2013 in the Account no. 13511140029925(H.D.F.C Bank) from Suvidhaa Total Money Solution (RT61107)(A/C No. 30********6) , we don"t recieved any transaction no. of that transfer and balance from our account deducted so we tried to made complaint to sales officer Mr. Nikhilesh Tiwari (********94) we made so many calls to him,but he is not responding of any single call of us and he didn't visited on our site ever for any issue after that we contacted to customer care and in which we have conversation with Mr. Nikhil , we discussed our issue with him and he said that as he checked in his system he said your balance is deducted and it will b credit in your account within 8hrs and he provided us a complaint no. N005962156 and even after 24hrs nothing was credtied in our a/c after that we again made a call to customed care in which we spoke to Mrs. Kiran ,we discussed our old complaint no.(N005962156 ) with Kiran , she said your complaint is wrongly registered after that she registered a new complaint again,again he provided a new complaint no. N005985976, she said within 4hrs your money will credit in your A/c and when we checked our balance after 6hrs but there was no credit of our balance, again we made a call in customer care,again Mr. Nikhil picked up the call and he satisfied us that within one day you money will be credit but still position is same. we got the supervior no. Mr. Mohamed Saif (********66) we told him about our issue and he said he will call back within 5 minutes,supervisor is also behaving like this and there is no response of anyone,everyone is making fool of us and not interested in our issue so please give us a positive reply as soon as possible
