I have ordered a shoe online on 12th aug in their web site they tell that delivery is with 2 days of dispatch. I did not get the product till 1st sep. I asked for a refund still I did not get a refund. This service is annoying from those persons.

Complainant's Goal: I want compensaticon for my wating period.

A customer cant wait for such a long time or can keep contacting company and the bank In US if this type of complaints are filed then the company have to pay of their delay.

All these Mail are only after the customer followed up this case not you followed up the customer.

Our payment gateway confirms that they have refunded along with teh reference number . So pls check with teh bank . Pls let us know what else we can do to assit you in this case
