I've purchased a CB-Unicorn in Jan'12. One of the accessories namely Clutch Housing needs replacement as conveyed by the technician of Vikas Motor Co, Todi Honda, Kolkata during the 2nd free service in Apr'12. I've been informed that the said spare part is not available and requested me to wait for a week. When I inquired for the same after a week I've been given a contact number of Honda Service & Spare part - 033-4401 3200. Despite contacting the Spares divisions on several ocassions have not received any satisfactory response as to receipt of the required spare.

I have purchased an Activa I from Vikas motor Co on 13/11/2013 and full and final payment was done. During the purchase of the bike, it was assured that the registration of the bike will be done within 5 - 7 days. It was almost 17 days and on 30/11/2013, when it was enquired to the concerned manager Mr Vivek Das of the Showroom, I didn't get a proper response from him, rather he was being rude in his behavior and refused to reply to the written complain for the delay in the registration, which he verbally claimed that the delay is on part of RTO and they have not delayed the process. On asking when the documents has been sent to RTO, it was confirmed that the same was done on 17/11/2013 & 25/11/2013, but they do not have any entry for the documents sent on 17/11/2013. Moreover, rather than addressing to the enquiries/apologising for the delay done at their end, he asked to come back on monday 02/12/2013 to get the revert on the complain submitted.

The said behaviour of Mr Vivek Das is not encouraging and has given me a bad experience. This will not encourage me in suggesting others to go for a honda bike in future.
