Dear sir

I purchased a BlackBerry Bold 9000 in June 2010 and within 3 days of purchase the display of the handset started giving trouble. The set was sent to the service center at Okhla through the dealer on 9.7.10 vide work order no. DEL/BB/10/03084 having case ID BB0021892, however i have still not recieved any information about my handset. The dealer says that the Handset would be replaced as soon as the DO is recieved from Banglore. I am surprised by the time taken by the service center for redressal of complaints. The company first sells defective handset to the customers and thereafter harrasses them by keeping them in dark about the status of their phone. I am facing a lot of difficulty for almost a month now since i am unable to use the phone. I intend to take the company to Court for first selling a defective phone to me and thereafter not providing after sale service which is expected from a MNC like BB.
