I Purchased Bajaj Pulser 200NS on 26/06/2013 from Sriram Motors, Majhiwada, Thane west and after 15 days I faced issue with battery which cause issue of ignition of Bike. I want to clear that NS don’t have kick to start so you don’t have any option to start the bike. I made complain to showroom and they replaced the Battery but again after 2 months I faced same issue. Bike is under warranty but showroom owner denied to help and ask me to take bike on Sriram service station whgale state Thane west. Any how I taken bike to service station and kept there and after 3 days service station guys told me battery is faulty and I have to take battery to Exide batter shop to complain.
I am totally frustrated with service provided by Sriram motors showroom and service station staff. I want to go to consume court but don’t know the process.
