SITI Digital Cable Service Provider - I am not satisfied with Siti digital service provider in our area

This is to register the complaints against SITI DIGITAL cable service provider. since 16/08/2013 they have switch off my cable network
without any information, when i try to call them they never answer the phone and even sometimes they pick the phone, they keep on saying that you have a long due. actually my bill is all paid till date

Complainant's Goal: I want my cable tv to resume again

MY COLOUR CHANNEL AND CNBC AWAZ DE ACTIVATED W E F. 10-11-2007. Please note that
the above two channels are the main for us for continues vision. I am paying Rs.250 /- monthly. I approach Sudarsan Net work, New Sama Road Vadodara and enquire about this problem .Many peoples are waiting there for same problem as those who are seeing channels continuously , have deactivated. While asking the reason ,told that charge will be
increased. we are not seeing other channels continuously . why the particular channel only which peoples are seeing continuously deactivating ?

So Please take favourable action in this regard to enable us to see our favourite Channels.
