i have ordered a product(casual shoes) on 3rd august but i haven't received the product until the proposed date. then after complaining about 10 times i haven't received the product and even any further confirmation about shipping of the product. then even after opting for refunding of the money for the last 10 days, there is still no positive response from them.

Bought a product on june 18 2013 and paid via mycard since I haven't got my product as well as my money . Customer service is not too much worthy always avoid .
