I had made an online purchase of perfume--brand name:ultimate drive mfd & mktd by rivoli parfums pvt ltd.On rceipt of the same i have used it once and to my surprise the product is far from satisfactory not the worth of amount paid.I feel cheated and company jab ong is telling now that since ihave used it once they cannot do anything.How could they expect the cm to give feedback without using the pdt once.Jabong has refused to help me on this.Also the product mfg date is jan 2012 where as the pkd dt is dec 2013.i had to pay rs 500 for this product and jabong has cheated me with this kind of substandard product.After writing it to ahoska team I got a call from jabong twice and all these now seem to be a joke and a complot to make fool of innocent customers with cajole calls.
Gaurav from complaint dept assured me that he would send me discount voucher to retrench the loss but i was flabergasted to find that the voucher sent was used/expired and upon sending the mail informing abt the same i recvd a revert that i would be given a fresh coupon within 48 hrs but all fake .
Your product ,promises and services all proved to be fake and nonsense.
I have had high regards for your co but now i cld say that ive never have had such kind of experience in my entire life.
I feel insulted and have been embarassed ,harrased and taxed mentally and emotionally because of this.Instead of resolving you have been chaeting customers like me time and again
