HI ,

I logged a case with onida AC service center at 15 march 2012 about the service of windows 1.5 TON AC and their one engineer visited for service but he was not a technically sound so he was not able to do service then i called agin the service center and then my case had been reopened but their service engineer didn't come till now after and i am frequently calling to service center but no luck and my new complaint no. is 1204********73

And i did't know how onida treat thair coustomer.
