Nokia - i am not satisfied with d product

i had purchased lumia 720 two months back,since then i m facing problem with the phone, initialy minor n then major one, my phn used to get hanged n then automaticaly switched off n had difficuly to starta up again. i had already got the phone formated n lost the data, which they said have backup at sykdrive bt it nvr happend. then i gt issues with the touch n auto opening of application, i gt the entire touch changed n after collecting the phone after 10 days now i m facing problem with sound , as i m nt being audable while receiving n making cals. so its high tym for a new phone to have ample a
mt of problem. so i want the phone to get replaced or my entire cash back
