It is regretted to inform you that no reply was received from customercare kolkata despite e-mails sent thrice on 23oct,29oct and 02nov2012.Requrst ask to reply at the at the earliest for use of club card of my wife that was handed over to my daughter Gopali Bhattacharya,Architect,Stays at Begumpet, Hyderabad who is now using for other facilities except GYM at Country club ,Begumpet, for which she was asked for welcome kit which was enclosed with membership docs as informed her against Membership no-DT119#0876dt26Jan2012. But no such kit was found enclsed by me.Hope for reply from your end please. Yours sincerely, TK Bhattacharya.
