Dear Sir / Madam,

I am the bonafide resident of Himalaya COOP housing society Bldg 6/b , this complaint in regards to Society Secretary, Chairman, President not taking the responsibilities to check the expenses and income from last 05 years not at all any meeting conducted.
with the society member also don't know the what is the balance with society accounts, Even no Share Certificate distributed to the member. I think there is something misconduct happening in between the management level.

Request you to do the needful to smooth flow society activity and members get the actual picture of society accounts available fund position.
