Dear Sir,

I am member of Casa Retreat from 17 Dec 2011 and my membership no is CRPSO/2961. I had paid Rs 28,000 for this member ship.
I was said for any booking call them in advance and will get the booking done. I am trying to book an holiday from last one year, they were in denial and always saying that its not available. Though in the agreement they have said that they can get you the booking with in one month.

Please can you look into the matter.
