Hi,
I am a Beamtele customer.I am facing severe problem with their
service.

i am giving complaint and ticket raised someone without coming to my
house closing the issue without solving the problem.Totally irritating.

I want to get back the money I paid.

I support this complaint.For the past 3 days there is no Internet Connectivity for Beam Telecoms customers in the Prem Nagar colony area in Hyderabad and the Customer Service people simply close the ticket raised without fixing the issue.. Pathetic Customer service and causing a lot of impact because of Unavailability of Internet for 3 days straight...
