I am a retired IAF officer who shifted personal house hold goods through the above said Packers and movers to my permanent residential address t Sangli on 24/06/2013. Shri. Sunil Gavaskar, its director ensured the packing and loading of the luggage and sent one of his employees Mr. Faiyyaz along with the truck. On receipt of luggage, it was found that the wet grinder was broken due to improper packing and careless loading. I contacted Mr. Sunil Gavaskar who requested me to pay remaining mount Rs 6000/- to Shri. Faiyyaz and he will replace the broken wet grinder. Inspite of repeated clls from me to him and his promises of replacing the item and confirmation that he has received the item from Coimbatore, he has not given the new item. Recent calls and his ben=haviour, indicate that he is not willing to replace the broken item. It is added that the luggage ws insured for transit losses and breakages for an mount of Rs. 1 lakh.
