as already stated above about your dealer named K.C.Hyundai, Jammu regarding their services after sales are not upto the mark i brought hyundai i 10 sports on 04/01/2013 since that day i approach this dealer regarding the settlement of my exchange cheque number of time where as at the time of delivery they promised that they will settle down within 15 days where as finally that was settled after 12-15 visit and with a time span around one year. Regarding their services as per the servicing of the vehicle i visited the show room on 19 Oct 2014, where i approach the showroom book my cars service and after filling all the requirements at showroom they gave me the tentative time for the availability of the vehicle around 12.00 noon where as after cheque up it is found that one of the switch which is required to use to open the back glass of the window is not working properly which is in guarantee and i requested them to change the switch where as i got replied that the switch is not in the stock and you may approach to the showroom some other day where as it is not possible to travel again around 160 Km for this switch which needs my another day and fuel cost so i approach the in- charge , then he ensure that we are going to arrange from other hyundai showroom( Crest Jammu) which just 3 km from KC Hyundai with in few minutes you will get the switch but i waited a lot requested them again and again for that part but i got the same reply "sir wait few minutes he is coming" and at the end left out the showroom after waiting around 2 hours(around 4 pm) with out that switch this was quite embracing situation for me as i was accompanied by one of my colluge
