I have been complaining about not receiving signals on to my DTH box, just get apologies and phone calls but since 10 days no one attended the complaint.

Repited mails, call didnot solve the problem. Nither of regional complaint cells number is displaid, you call up toll free customer care they apoligise and ask for another 48 hrs. This might be with other service providers also.

Can any body help in getting the right person to get the things solved agaist the service providers who donot keep up to their after sales services.
