There is always a damn response from those working in the showroom,especially from the manager mr. Amit chadha himself. people hold on me even for small parts for many days,moreover they don't have manners to deal with their customers. mechanics steal away important parts from cars & the official ones never bother about it
.I went there a many times to let my car repair & they keep car for days & their final answer would be No,we don't have that part..
Last time I went there on 17 feb 2014 for replacement of a part namely steering assembly, at that time my car was in warranty period but inturn I got a damn response from there... I ordered the same part on 17 feb but they still don't have the same in their store.. My car's warranty now expired on 27th feb.. I want you to look over the matter please...My car's reg. no. is JK11A 1966.
Owner's name :Mukhtar hussain. I bought this car on 26th feb 2012 from crest hyundai.. (i 10)

Complainant's Goal: I want to get my genuine part in warranty only, without any cost as per the hyundai customers right.
