I'm Vinayak K .I have purchased Maruti Omni on Dec 2010 at Kankaria Maruti service center,Sangamner .On the day of purchase i paid all amount to the dealer and since i wanted to install gas kit as well i happened to pay hime little extra money i.e. around 5 thousand but it took around 2 months to take my money back due to the careless,irresponsible representative .some how i managed to get my money back after lodging complaint to maruti call centre.
Bye the time i thought i will get my all the documents but till today (i.e. after more than 3 months of purchasing a car) i have not received my documents which includes RC book (Original),LPG registration certificate .
Since March ending is going on i can not take my car out of the town though i dont have Original documents with me.
Due to this delay of the service center i have incurred severe loss in my profession and undergone severe mental and physical agony.So I kindly request you to have immediate attention to this .
