I HAVE REGISTER MYSELF FOR IIT DELHI&IACT GLOBAL JOINT VENTURED COURSE BUT AFTER THAT ONLY I KNEW THAT COURSE DON'T HAVE STRUCTURE SO I REQUESTED FOR CANCELLATION FOR MY REGISTRATION (I PAID Rs 6892 but the course fee Rs 17000) but they don't cancel my registration with IACT but they register myself for IACT global project management course without my application (for the rupees 6892)

Now only they told to me payment terms and condition,they will not refund my money.and also now i am asking my original tax invoice for that they were asked my confirmation for that course

this what happened sir without my confirmation they registered for that course and they will not refund my money
