I have not been receiving the monthly telephone bills since three months. In that connection i met the concerned PRO & visited telephone exchange several times to enquire about the same, But to my great shock they all spoke to me very arrogantly & denied to attend to fault repair in response to my complaint. They shout at me saying that they will attend to it unless if i clear of the bill. But i am unable tp pay the bills because the dept has not sending the original bill nor issuing the duplicate bill. With great difficulty i have cleared all the bills so far. Can concerned officer can look into and solve my problem for the coming months. I being a senior citizen has been put to long mental torture by the dept.
