I had purchased a Reebok shoe from the South City mall outlet on the 9th of August 2012. After wearing the shoe for several days I started to have excruciating pain on both feet. I went to the store to complain about it, but the store people informed me that nothing could be done about it. I continued to wear the shoe off and on as needed, but, every time I suffered. Finally, on 24th November 2012 I returned to the store again, and this time sternly informed them about my problem. This time they advised me to write to the Reebok customer service informing them about the problem. They also assured me that the customer service would respond to my query. This is still to happen. I even wrote to them saying that if they want, then I would return this particular pair in exchange for a different pair. If required, then I would pay any difference in the price for the new pair.
