hi i have purchased one karboon smart tab1 7'' android4.0 shipper adress arun s 235/128a, second cross salem636005 tn ********22through ebay the s/n is 1003973 of this tab the purchase date is on 11 jun 2012 the problem started on the tab soon after 15 days or so then suddenly it got dead and till date its not coming on i approched the servicing center which the company has provided the names 1 i tech zone vasco and 2 aashta enterprice in ponda both are in goa but both refuse to except the tab saying that they have no acess to salem south india karboon branch i argued with they saying that they name are suggested by the company but they send me back i contacted they person whom i purchased he is saying thar he is help less as they only sell the product for service we have to contact the company then i started calling up karboon service helpline no 1********60 but this number is ringing no body is attending so now i am helpless and anoyed at the company if nothing is working then the option left is complain in consumer forum pls help
