With due respect I would like to inform you again that I have already log a complain to your customer assistance centre on 11th Sept/2012, the complain no. is 1********651. But till today there is no response to my complain. I have recently purchase a 407BSIII (Four wheeler) vehicle on 23rd Feb./2012 from ‘’TATA MOTORS ‘’ ( Eng No. :-497SPTC39AXY600109, Ch No.:- MAT450026C8A00078). But now the vehicle engine occur back compression .The vehicle is already at your authorized service station- Hazarika Auto Agency, Sivasagar , Assam from 2nd Sept/2012. The service manager of Hazarika Auto Agency said to me that the all parts of engine like rings, pistons, liners, connecting bearings, main bearings, air compressor connecting bearing and piston will be changed (Overhauling) and he also said that the crane shaft will be resizing by cutting up to 10 (Ten) size.
But I am not agree to receive the repairing with 10 (Ten) size crane shafts weak engine. Because it is a major problem occurring during warranty period . There fore I request you to give me a new engine in place of the damage engine. I always kept the vehicle under regular maintenance. I think this problem is occurred for manufacturing defects.
Therefore I request you kindly take necessary action to change my engine as soon as possible. This is humble request to you.
