I hav just purchased samsung galaxy mega 5.8 by replacing my iphone4. But it id a very bad experience with samdung. You are claiming you are way better than apple but there are many problems in your handsrt like when I connect my phone with charger its wifi turned automatically on, sometimes it automatically tuned into silent and mute mode, also alarm is not working properly. With my old iphone once alarm was not ranged on time they changed my phone but here is a usual thing that it never rang on time at the end of the week. So I need and expect a healthy support from you. Lets see how good you are in satisfying your customer.
