I had applied for change of address 14 days back. unfortunately, couldnt take the reqno for my shifting request. whenever I call, they say your request is in process. I had interactions with escalation supervised people ( srinivas,deepak,sham,karthik) none of them are aware of their own process and handling a customer call. my request was to change connection from hno.1404 to 1410th,just afew houses. Pathetic service.
