I had made bookins with Neemrana Forts for last weekend (11th-12th July) situated at Delhi Jaipur highway. Due to personal reasons which were unavoidable, I was admitted in the hospital for 2 days on 10th July and I had to cancel my booking. As per their cancellation policy (which is highly unscrupulous and against customers ), they retain 100% money if cancelled same day or one day prior to the arrival date.
Keeping this in mind, I called them 24 hrs before the check-in time and informed them about my situation and also requested to consider my state on sympathetic grounds and refund my total money.
Its unimaginable how they can simply deduct the entire money even if we haven't used their services at all. Isn't this against customers and can we not challenge them in court ? How could such a policy be made by a hotel industry ?
