Complaint against---

1) I have applied for a personal loan from said company on 12th May... they charged me 4500/- for that and told me your loan wwas deposited into your account within 7 days....
2) after 7 days when i asked they told me that their MD decided that loan amount was given by DD and there is additional charge of 3000.. i was given next day...
3) after 2 days when i asked then he told me that one person name Kaml was coming to pune with approval letter and DD.. after asking around 50 times he wont tell me the train name and number.
4) i was now in doubt and callling him continously.. after so many tried he respond that now no body is coming to pune and your amount will be again transfered into your account..
5)now i was very angry and i told him that i raise a police compalint again them.. they told me do what ever you want they wont give me a single penny..

I have their agreement letter and all that mail chain(around 92 mails) with me as proof....

I know this is my fault sir..but i am running out of cash that time and i need money for health purpose.....

Please help me with that and try to return my 7500 to me and take action against these fraud companies
