I had always made the payments for my telephone bill on time and has been a corporate user of Vodafone connection.
In the month of July,2010, 1st week I had asked the customer care unit to close my connection as i had paid all the payments and I told her to inform the cancellation of the connection as well.She informed me that the case has been taken forward to some other team who will call me regarding the same.
I had requested for the same for almost 10 to 15 times with the department , but still my connection was not withdrawn.
Because of this issue, I was continuously receiving the calls while i was on roaming.Even after this , I again asked the Customer care to cancel my connection.But it was not done.
Now these people are asking me to pay an amount of Rs.4366.I am getting calls and mails asking me to make the payments.
They are even calling up my friends from my mobile usage bill list and are trying to defame my identity.
