I M SHISHIR KUMAR.
I M A CUSTOMER OF PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK ...HAVING AN A/C AT BUDDHA COLONY PATNA 800001 BRANCH....
I HAVE LOST MY ATM CARD IN CHENNAI...AS I M LIVING HERE AS A STUDENT...
I WANT TO REGISTER A SERIOUS COMPLAINT AGAINST THE CHIEF MANAGER OF PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK EAST TAMBARAM BRANCH....
I HAVE GONE THERE WITH A REQUEST TO ISSUE A NEW ATM FOR ME.....
THE RESPONSE OF THE MANAGER TOWARDS ME WAS NOT AT ALL POLITE....
HE HAS SHOUTED AT ME VERY RUDELY AND DENYING TO ISSUE AN ATM......
PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION REGARDING THIS.....
THIS IS NOT THE WAY PNB STAFFS ARE SUPPOSED TO TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS.....
Complainant's Goal: i just want pnb to take some action against these kind of behaviour.
