Hi,

I am highly dissapointed by the service which i got from the Kalyan nagar service centre.

I took my vehicle for the 2nd free servicing and there was some nosie and jerking was happening in the vehicle i told the service advisor Arvind. i gave my vehicle on Friday morning, in the evening i got the call that vehicle would take some more time and they will deliver on saturday. I waited for there call on Saturday and finally i caleed them around 6 in the evening they told they are still solving the issue, they fixed the problem and gave the car on Sunday Evening. Just after two days i started getting the same problem again , i spoke to the centre General Manager Lawrence, he told that he will make sure that it gets fixed permanently but they did some temporary fix and gave the vehicle on Next day. The probelm was solved, but again after 2 days i started getting the same problem, by this time i was ***** off and took my vehicle and spoke to Lawrenec and told him not to return the vehicle till the time you fix the problem, i gave my vehicle on wednesday and got back on Sunday and too i spend whole day sitting at there centre. Just after two days i started getting the same problem and i am very dissapointed. I spoke to the sales team from where i purchased , they assured me that they would raise this to higher management but i didn't got any call from any person.

I paid money for wheel balancing but they were not able to fix that as well. i don't know who can help me out.
