HUDA has issued Occupancy certificate to THE LEGEND TOWERS without proper inspection.

Clarion properties ltd is one of the biggest fraud companies operating with active

support of HUDA and other Govt officers.

Many buildings for which occupancy certificate in oct 2010 are incomplete.

Every photo and document submitted is false and concoted.

Can the Chief secretary or judicial officer visit and certify this?

-Lifts were not working.

-No electric connection to individual flats.

-90% of the interiors are not done for all the flats.

-20%of the exteriors are not done.

-Entire complex is full of dust, cement, building materials , etc.

HUDA to clarify as to occupation by whom? Animals or human beings.

Naturally, the concerned officers signed on dotted lines with out any visit.

Reasons for thier passivity need not explained !
