I have paid rs 1499 on 4th august for my assured gift.they have given me 3 days to validate my documents and then they have to dispatch my gift. But till now they have not yet dispatched . My HP redemption code is ********.
Everyday i m messaging my code on 53030 and also got a two times call from redhelp . But they only say to me to wait for 3 days.
Today is 31st august and the deal will expire on 9th september.its more than 25 days i waited . But no response from them. I have lost my 1499rs too
Kindly look into the matter.
