Traffic Authority - Horrible Traffic from JNTU Road to Hitech City

Its been very difficult to comute from JNTU to Hitech City, traffic is terrible. it takes nearly 2 hours in the trafic itself to come to office and back to home.
Reasons i found:
- Due to the flyover construction
- Educated people do not follow the rules (please fine them and kindly be strict)
Kindly do something to get rid of this horrible traffic.
