I had gone along with my family to Insignia theatre at Inox, Nariman point on 29th Jan. However I was appalled by the negligence of your staff. First of all the call bell was not working so everyone ended up screaming for the service. After finally getting the waiter's attention we placed our order before the interval. After waiting for a long time post interval , we ended up giving our entire order again. Finally after a long when we got our food it was only half the order! We had to wait for another 15-20 minutes before my father ultimately gave up , went out and got the order himself. After ruining our entire movie experience when we talked to the manager , Mr Gurmeet Bhatia offered to give us 1 or 2 tickets in the normal theatre along with some snacks.
What exactly should I be doing with this 1 or 2 seats? We are a family of 4 , the entire experience was horrible for all of us with screaming and running around to get our food. Who exactly is this one ticket supposed to make happy? I paid so much just to receive good service. I could have seen the same movie for less than 1/4th price but I chose to pay so much for good service which I didn't even receive!! Not only was my entire "INSIGNIA Movie Experience" ruined but also such an abominable compensation was given to us.
I hope I can get a better response from you.
