We had traveled to CHAR DHAM from 11-5-1012 to 22-5-2012 through your travels on payment of Rs32988/-.& had horrible experience .

Transportation: by vehicle DL 1PC6002 was horrible from day1 to 12..This old vehicle is NOT FIT for the yatra especially involving hazardous mountain routeThe window glasses of many seats were jammed and can not be operated. A/C Vents at many seats were non functional..On the day one midnight, the driver stopped the vehicle for two hours without air con on the outskirts of ND and we had to suffocate..This bus has mechanical problems and could not run even 20km /hr on average which caused lot of hardship to us as it never reached the destination point on any given day,due to which we missed many tourist attractions mentioned in the schedule.There was a breakdown 4 times
and even the luggage /bags fell ldown from the top of the bus due to poor storage by the crew. By timely observation/alertness by the yatris the bus was stopped to recover the luggage.
.Facilities - Drinking water for Meal on most of the days was to be purchased by us as the water for drinking was drawn from roadside nalas by the crew, not fit for drinking.The driver did NOT bother to stop on the way side @ proper place with toilet facilities even on request and as a result yatris &especiallyLady passengers had suffered .Even hot water was not provided by the poor quality hotels/guest houses booked by the company & we had to buy @ Rs 25/- a bucket at all places through out.As a result of poor quality food/ water yatris fell sick and few missed visiting places.Even morning tea/coffee was not provided on most of the days.
Un ETHICAL/UN PROFESSIONAL ACTIOS-courtesy- expected was almost missing.Even on advance info company reps failed to book helicopter tickets from Gupt kashi to kedarnath and the guide had collected Rs 10000/- from us (Each) while actual was Rs 8400-/PP and the Trans Bharat aviation tickets were available at actual,we were told by other co travelers,later on. The same guide had collected Rs 100/-PP in Rishikesh for local sight seeing.
.Even for a few hours stay we were forced to pay Rs 800/to Rao travels- when actual was Rs 550/-for the room @ Kali Bari guest house, just opp Rao travels office.ND, on the last day(22-5-2012). Its all commercial every where by the company staff and interpersonal relation was missing.
WE have evidence for all the above and we demand for refund of the amount paid RS 32998/-
Rs Thirty two thosand nine hundred ninety eighi only WITHIN SEVEN DAYS by bankers check failing which we shall be constrained to approach the DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM @Hyderabad for the costs and consequences of which you shall be held responsible.and you shall be liable to pay for the Mental agony and distress caused due to your UN PROFESSIONAL actions as it amounts to DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE & UN FAIR TRADE PRACTICE AS PER CP ACT 1985.
