I , Puneet Jain am a blackberry user from last many years. From last five years we have purchased about 25 blackberry sets in the name of my company SATYA ESTATES PRIVATE LTD at Chandigarh. ( we have all the supporting bills with us).

This Tuesday again I changed my blackberry bold to Q5. After the sales I needed some support from the blackberry staff based at Bobby electronics in sector 35 ( one of the person by the name Mr. Sanjeev who is a blackberry employee sits there). To my surprise when my employee reached there this person refused to talk to me on the phone. Such a arrogant attitude is not acceptable to us - so we are withdrawing from blackberry in my company in future. Also in view of such humilation – we are moving consumer court for the mental harassment they are giving at the local level.

This mail is just for your information so that you also must be aware what is happening at lower levels and definitely it must be affecting your sales too.
