This is bring you the notice that me & my brother brought a new bike (Unicorn 160) just before 11 months back (When its newly lunched), from that time onwards we are facing Engine related issue as a same we are give a bike for service more then 6 time for same engine related issue still the same issue is persisting.
We are really unhappy with the service which your showroom people is giving, Those are not well trained repairing new unicorn 160 model. Since this bike as been serviced by technical manager (Vaishnavi honda chikmagalur) again after 1000km 3rd time same issue is started.
Also we are never ever exacted this type of the flout bike we are going to receive. in a past 11 months ever 2 months, the bike will be there in showroom only for engine related concern service.
Since there is bad sound is coming from bike engine its irritating while bike started and moments, so 4th time we are given bike to showroom for service still same issue.
On today again we are given the bike for repair, till evening service is not happened. I Need your investigation on the issue and kindly log the complement for change the engine and add the new one / give a bike replacement. Since this is flout engine bike model received.
