I bought a car for me from Honda one year ago. I was very impressed with the technology and support which I got from Honda in Delhi.
Now I am willing to buy a two wheeler for my dad in Bathinda, Punjab.
I tried to contact Honda sales dealers located in Bathinda. After contacting the sales team of different dealers, I came to know that Honda has worst sales / service support in this city.
They asked me to book for Honda Activa, after booking for the same I can get the same after 15 days. After doing verification from few different sources (dealer’s employees) I came to know that both dealers have nice amount two wheelers in stock at this time; however I don’t know why they are asking me to book for Honda Activa and trying to build useless hype which is leading to dissatisfaction of the costumer.
However there is an interesting story came into picture when I discussed this with another sales person in their showrooms. He told me that if I can pay them some amount of money to them under the table I can get Honda Activa on the same day without any issues. And if I want to buy Honda Activa, I’ll have to buy all accessories whatever is available in their showroom; otherwise they will not sell Honda Activa to me!!!
Though Honda's technology is good, now I am forced to buy a different product with better sales and after sales support and have to look for another two wheeler company like Mahindra or TVS
Please let me know if you have any improvement plans in this or any other good dealer in Punjab who can provide better support than in Bathinda!!
i purchased two honda activa from platinum honda mandi gobindgarh punjab. i paid rs 6600 to them for application of R.C for both the activas atleast a month ago. i have been calling to them since last week regarding the R.C and the registration no's but they are not giving any proper answer to me. i am facing lots of trouble as the temporary no.s of both the activas has been expired due to which i am not able to take them anywhere....

I am very loyal and one of the premium customer of your world wide famous company which is very popular for its customer support. I have 4 Activas, 2 Aviators & 1 Honda City. Now, i needed one more Aviator.
In June, i received a letter from Binani Cement that i have got a motorcycle - Honda Shine from Honda. But i didn't have the need for a motorcycle so i contacted to Honda & they, as usual, helped me and told me that i can get Aviator in disc brake in place of Honda Shine.
But till now, i haven't got my Aviator. About 3-4 months have been passed and i am fed up now.I thought that Honda cares his customer but now you have showed me what really you are. I thought that Honda is very good company and it's dealers are like it's family which always supports the company and the customers but i think there was a mistake in my part. I have thought wrong. It hurt me.
Your dealer don't behave properly. Whenever i go to him he always make a reason and delay the matter. Initially he was not happy to give me the Aviator in place of shine but when i talked to the seniors then he has to follow the instructions. Now also he don't want it to give me. yesterday, when i went to him he again told that it will take about 20 days to come. And now i have fed up.
Now, i don't want the Aviator rather i won't buy any product from Honda because reality has come in front now.If you can, please refund my money with interest or you can transfer purchase to any other dealer.
