complaint against your dealer b.u.bhandari pvt LTD pune.above mantion dealer is not ready to entairtain my complaint regarding my 2 wheeler DIO battery dealer told me to go to exide dealer for the battery complaint and again carry the baterry and get back b.u.bhandari that battery from exide.it is harasmaent to customer thathe has to run to the manufacturer who is your supplier . for eg:customer has to run to your tyre supplier for tyre complaint and alsofor his complaint he has yo run battery supplier.it is his luck that your supliers arein india suppose your engine supplier is in tokyo customer has to run to tokyo for his problem under warranty so we are thank ful to u that all your supppliers are in india.
