I booked Honda Activa Scooter for my fathers name Raveendran Nair on 16-Feb-2013 and on March 13-2013 I received call from dealer that vehicle is on the way and I should remit the full amount to deliver the vehicle with in 20 days. I argued a lot on paying money without delivery of item and there was no choice for me to get the vehicle with out full amount payment.

I payed full amount 57,511 Rs on 14th March-2013 and they confirm delivery on April first week. Still now I was calling all the day and concerned person told me that my vehicle is not yet arrived and will be coming with in next 2 days. I was cheated multiple times and they ask me 2 days extension every time and is not delivering the vehicle. Could you please help me to raise the complaint to concern department.
